IoTQuarantine

IoTQuarantine is a web app with an optional lightweight on-prem agent that continuously discovers IoT devices on a network and automatically contains the ones behaving suspiciously. Instead of promising “perfect security,” it focuses on fast damage control: detect unusual outbound traffic, unexpected protocol use, new open ports, or sudden chatter to unknown IPs, then push the device into a restricted VLAN/ACL profile or block it at the gateway. It generates a plain-English incident summary, recommended next steps (e.g., factory reset, firmware check, replace device), and an audit trail for compliance. The MVP targets small IT teams and MSPs who manage messy mixed-vendor environments (cameras, door controllers, printers, smart TVs) where patching is inconsistent and inventory is incomplete. It integrates with common network gear so containment is actionable, not just another dashboard full of alerts.
