IRBReady is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that helps academic researchers assemble IRB submission packets with fewer back-and-forth cycles. It uses an AI-assisted workflow to generate first-draft protocol language, consent forms, recruitment scripts, and data management plans based on your study details, then runs a structured compliance checklist aligned to your institution’s templates. The app doesn’t pretend to replace your IRB office; it focuses on reducing avoidable omissions (missing risk language, unclear data retention, incomplete inclusion/exclusion criteria) and producing a clean, review-ready bundle. It also tracks version history, comments from co-investigators, and maps each IRB comment to a specific revision. The realistic value is time saved and fewer resubmissions, not “instant approval.” Institutions can optionally configure their own template library and required fields so outputs match local expectations.
