IRBRelay

IRBRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that streamlines research collaboration by managing the most failure-prone part of multi-institution projects: approvals, documents, and versioned protocol changes. Teams create a study workspace where every site’s required forms, consent versions, training certificates, and data-use agreements are tracked with deadlines, owners, and audit trails. A lightweight AI assistant flags missing artifacts, detects conflicting protocol language across versions, and drafts site-specific submission checklists from templates. Instead of trying to replace Google Drive, Slack, or your IRB system, IRBRelay sits on top as the “source of truth” for compliance status and change history. It integrates with common storage (Box/Drive) and calendars, and produces exportable submission packets and progress reports. The goal is fewer stalled studies, fewer compliance surprises, and faster site activation.
