IRProof is a web app (with optional Outlook/Gmail add-ins) that pre-flights investor-relations communications before they go out: earnings scripts, press releases, shareholder letters, 8-K drafts, and investor emails. It runs a structured compliance and consistency check against your prior disclosures and internal source-of-truth numbers, flagging mismatched KPIs, non-GAAP definition drift, forward-looking statement gaps, selective disclosure risk, and “new” claims that weren’t previously supported. It also enforces style rules (safe harbor placement, metric tables, footnote consistency) and produces an audit trail showing who changed what and why—useful for legal review and SOX-style controls. This is not a magic autopilot for disclosure; it’s a guardrail system that reduces embarrassing errors and last-minute scrambles. Setup is realistic: you connect filings, prior releases, and a metrics workbook, then tune rules to your company’s disclosure patterns.
