IRPulse

IRPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that centralizes investor questions from earnings calls, emails, IR inboxes, and meeting notes, then turns them into a prioritized “what investors care about” dashboard. It auto-tags questions by theme (guidance, margins, capital allocation, competition), tracks how sentiment and topics shift quarter-to-quarter, and generates draft, compliance-aware response snippets and FAQ updates for the IR site. The goal is not to replace IR judgment, but to reduce the manual, error-prone work of triaging repetitive questions and proving to leadership what the market is actually asking. It also flags potential Reg FD risk by detecting when a draft response might imply non-public information, prompting review before anything is sent externally. Realistically, this wins only if it plugs into existing workflows and produces defensible, auditable outputs.
