IsoTrackr
IsoTrackr is a mobile + web app for public health teams to manage home isolation and quarantine support without relying on constant GPS tracking. Patients receive a daily check-in flow (symptoms, needs, ability to isolate), automated reminders, and a simple “request help” button for food, meds, or housing referral. Case workers get a queue-based dashboard that prioritizes outreach using risk rules (e.g., immunocompromised household, missed check-ins, worsening symptoms). The app generates auditable logs, templated SMS/voice scripts, and multilingual guidance that can be printed or sent via link. It integrates with existing case systems via secure APIs and exports standardized reports for leadership. This is a traditional app with selective AI (message drafting and triage suggestions), not a black-box decision maker.
