ISPProof

ISPProof is a mobile + web app that automatically documents internet reliability so customers can request service credits or escalate support with evidence. It runs lightweight background checks (latency, packet loss, DNS failures, modem uptime) and correlates them with router/modem signals and optional speed tests. When an outage or chronic degradation is detected, it generates a clean “incident report” with timestamps, graphs, and plain-language explanations that non-technical support reps can’t easily dismiss. Users can export a PDF, share a link, or send a prefilled complaint template to their ISP or regulator. This is not magic: it won’t fix your internet, and many ISPs resist credits. But it can reduce wasted time, give you leverage, and help you decide when to switch providers by showing objective performance over weeks, not one-off speed tests.
