ISRCVault is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that audits your catalog metadata to prevent lost or misdirected royalties. You connect your distributor exports (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, etc.), PRO/CMO statements, and YouTube Content ID reports, then the app flags mismatches: duplicate ISRCs, inconsistent writer splits, wrong publisher info, missing IPI/CAE numbers, and conflicting track titles across platforms. It generates a clean “gold record” metadata sheet and ready-to-send correction packets for distributors, PROs, and neighboring rights societies. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps normalize messy spreadsheets, detect near-duplicate titles, and suggest likely matches, but the user remains in control with an approval workflow. The goal is not to replace rights admins—it’s to catch preventable errors that quietly bleed revenue and time.
