IssueTriage is a web app (with optional GitHub App integration) that helps open-source maintainers and small teams process incoming GitHub issues and PRs without drowning. It clusters duplicates, flags missing reproduction steps, and auto-applies consistent labels based on repo-specific rules. It also generates a weekly “maintainer brief” summarizing what changed, what’s blocked, and what needs decisions. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for clustering, summarization, and suggested labels, but every action is reviewable and reversible. The product focuses on workflow hygiene rather than “magic fixes,” because maintainers don’t trust black boxes. It supports multi-repo views, SLA-style reminders for unanswered issues, and contributor-friendly templates that reduce back-and-forth. The goal is simple: fewer abandoned issues, faster response times, and less maintainer burnout.
