IssueTriage

IssueTriage is a web app + GitHub App that helps open-source maintainers keep up with issue overload. It ingests new issues and PRs, generates a short summary, suggests labels, flags duplicates, and routes items to the right maintainer based on CODEOWNERS, past activity, and repository conventions. It also drafts a polite first response (requesting logs, versions, repro steps) so maintainers can respond quickly without burning out. The product is realistic: it doesn’t “solve” bugs, it reduces the admin work that kills OSS projects. A lightweight dashboard shows queue health (aging issues, unanswered threads), and a rules layer lets maintainers override AI with deterministic routing. Monetization targets organizations that rely on OSS repos (sponsored maintainers, foundations, company-led OSS) with per-repo pricing and usage caps.
