JetButler is a mobile + web AI-assisted operations app for luxury travelers and their assistants that centralizes every moving part of high-end trips: private aviation, villa/hotel stays, ground transport, dining, and special requests. Instead of being another itinerary viewer, it focuses on execution: confirming vendors, tracking deposits/cancellation terms, managing passports/visas/ETAs, and keeping a single “truth” thread for changes. The AI layer reads confirmations and PDFs, extracts key terms, flags risks (tight connections, non-refundable windows, missing IDs), and drafts vendor messages for approvals. A shared trip workspace lets a traveler, EA, family members, and security/driver teams coordinate without messy email chains. It’s realistic: it won’t “magically” get upgrades, but it will prevent expensive mistakes, missed details, and last-minute chaos that luxury clients hate.
