JetLagKit

JetLagKit builds a practical circadian adjustment plan for travel and shift changes using your itinerary, usual sleep window, and chronotype. It outputs a simple schedule for light exposure, darkness, caffeine cutoff, naps, and melatonin timing (optional), with reminders that adapt if you miss steps. The app focuses on what people can actually do: short outdoor light walks, screen dimming, and manageable bedtime shifts rather than perfect lab-grade protocols. It also includes a “damage control” mode for red-eye flights and unavoidable late nights, plus a post-trip stabilization plan to prevent rebound insomnia. This is a mobile app with optional web access for itinerary entry and sharing. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to translate messy real-world constraints (meetings, flight delays, family obligations) into an achievable plan, not to “diagnose” you.
