It pulls confirmations from vendors (FBO, catering, car service) into one timeline, flags missing items, and generates a single shareable brief for crew and staff. The AI layer summarizes messy email/SMS threads into structured tasks, detects conflicts (arrival times vs. catering lead times), and drafts vendor messages. It’s not a marketplace; it’s operational control for people who already have providers but keep getting burned by coordination failures. The app focuses on preventing expensive, reputation-damaging mistakes rather than “nice” luxury discovery.
