JITBeacon

JITBeacon is a web app (with lightweight agent) that monitors real-time latency and tail performance (p95/p99) across critical user journeys and service dependencies, then triggers just-in-time actions when risk is imminent. Instead of drowning teams in dashboards, it focuses on “now” decisions: automatically opening an incident with the exact regression window, pinpointing the top contributing endpoint/region, and suggesting a safe mitigation play (e.g., rollback, traffic shift, cache warm, feature flag off). It integrates with OpenTelemetry traces and common incident tools so teams don’t need to replace their stack. The honest pitch: this won’t replace Datadog/New Relic; it’s a narrow add-on that makes on-call faster and reduces time-to-mitigation for latency-related incidents. Pricing is per service or per environment, aimed at teams that already pay for observability but still get surprised by tail latency.
