JitterSentry

JitterSentry is a lightweight desktop + web app that continuously measures bandwidth, latency, jitter, and packet loss from real endpoints (employee laptops, small office PCs, or a tiny on-prem agent). It turns noisy network metrics into a simple “is this ISP/Wi‑Fi/VPN the culprit?” answer by correlating tests with context: SSID, signal strength, VPN state, gateway changes, and time-of-day congestion. The product focuses on evidence you can hand to an ISP or internal network team: annotated timelines, reproducible test runs, and automatic incident summaries. It’s not a full-blown enterprise NPM suite; it’s a pragmatic tool for small IT teams who need quick root-cause signals without deploying heavy infrastructure. Expect some false positives in chaotic Wi‑Fi environments, but the goal is to be directionally right fast and reduce troubleshooting time.
