JobFitAudit
JobFitAudit helps underemployed workers document the gap between what they can do and what their job actually uses—then turns that evidence into a practical plan. Users import a resume/LinkedIn and paste their job description plus a few weeks of real tasks. The app scores “skill utilization” and “market alignment,” highlights wasted high-value skills, and suggests concrete next moves: internal role changes, targeted upskilling, or a job search path with realistic salary bands. It generates a manager-ready one-pager for a promotion/role redesign conversation and a recruiter-ready positioning summary for external applications. It’s brutally pragmatic: it will tell you when your current role is a dead end, when your expectations are inflated, and when your resume signals the wrong level. The goal isn’t motivation—it’s leverage and clarity.
