An AI coach flags missing evidence, suggests what to capture next, and generates a clean competency summary mapped to common trade standards. Supervisors or instructors can approve logs with quick sign-offs, comments, and rework requests. The output is a shareable skills portfolio link for employers that shows what the learner actually did, how often, and under what conditions.
