JobSimCoach is a web + mobile AI app that gives jobseekers short, realistic work-sample simulations based on a target role (e.g., customer support, junior data analyst, operations coordinator). Instead of generic courses, it generates 30–60 minute “day-on-the-job” tasks (emails, tickets, spreadsheets, short analyses) and grades them with clear rubrics, showing exactly what hiring managers care about: accuracy, clarity, prioritization, and basic tool fluency. Users build a portfolio of completed simulations with shareable links and a skills heatmap that maps to common job descriptions. The app also provides targeted micro-lessons only when a user fails a task, keeping learning tied to performance. It’s designed for people who don’t have time or money for long programs and need proof they can do the work, not just certificates.
