JobSiteCoach is a mobile + web app for vocational programs and employers to capture real on-the-job learning and convert it into auditable competency evidence. Apprentices or trainees log tasks in seconds (voice or checklist), attach photos/videos, and map each entry to a trade-specific rubric (e.g., electrical conduit bending, weld bead quality, HVAC diagnostics). Supervisors approve or reject with quick feedback, and the system builds a time-stamped portfolio aligned to local standards. The app generates readiness dashboards for instructors, flags missing competencies before exams, and produces exportable reports for compliance, insurance, or funding audits. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI helps auto-classify tasks from media, suggest rubric matches, and draft feedback, but humans still sign off. The goal is less paperwork, fewer missed requirements, and clearer proof of skill growth.
