JobSprint

JobSprint is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps teens (14–19) get their first real job or internship by turning vague experience into credible applications. It walks users through a short “evidence capture” flow (clubs, chores, sports, volunteering), then generates role-specific resume bullets and short answers that sound human, not corporate. It also includes a local job board aggregator focused on teen-eligible roles (retail, food service, camps, tutoring, seasonal gigs) with filters for age, hours, and transport distance. A simple checklist guides the full process: work permit requirements by state, interview practice with timed questions, and a “shift-ready” pack (what to bring, what to wear, how to ask for time off). Parents can optionally review applications, but the teen stays in control. The goal is fewer abandoned applications and faster first paychecks.
