JoinGate is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams companion) that automates identity provisioning for small and mid-sized companies that don’t have full IAM teams. It connects to HRIS (or a simple CSV/Google Sheet), then creates and deprovisions accounts across common SaaS tools with role-based templates, approval workflows, and audit trails. The core value is reducing “orphaned accounts” and access drift during onboarding/offboarding—where most SMBs are dangerously manual. It includes just-enough access reviews, a deprovisioning checklist, and evidence exports for SOC 2/ISO 27001. This is not a full enterprise IAM suite; it’s a focused, affordable identity operations layer that gets you 80% of the benefit with 20% of the complexity. An optional AI assistant suggests least-privilege roles based on job title and past access patterns, but humans approve changes.
