JourneyLint
JourneyLint is a web app (with optional browser extension) that turns messy qualitative feedback into actionable journey maps you can actually trust. It ingests support tickets (Zendesk/Intercom), product analytics events (Amplitude/Mixpanel), and session replays (FullStory/Hotjar), then generates a “current-state” journey with stages, top user intents, friction points, and drop-off evidence. The core value is not pretty diagrams—it’s linting: it flags missing steps, contradictory assumptions, and “unknown” stages where you have no data coverage. It also produces a prioritized backlog of journey fixes with links to the underlying evidence (ticket clusters, replay snippets, event funnels). This is an AI + traditional app: AI for clustering/summarization and stage inference, traditional rules for data coverage checks and governance. It’s built for teams that don’t have time to run workshops every quarter and want a living map tied to real signals.
