JourneyProof
JourneyProof is a web app (with optional lightweight browser extension) that turns journey maps into testable hypotheses tied to real product data. Instead of producing static diagrams, teams define key steps (e.g., “signup > verify > first action”), attach expected outcomes, and connect event streams from analytics tools. The app auto-builds a “journey scorecard” showing drop-offs, time-to-complete, and cohort differences before and after changes. It also supports qualitative evidence: user interview notes, support tickets, and session clips can be tagged to specific journey steps, so the map becomes a living evidence hub. An AI assistant helps draft hypotheses, suggests missing instrumentation, and flags when a journey step is too vague to measure. The goal is to reduce the common waste: beautiful journey maps that never influence roadmap decisions.
