JuiceMargin is a mobile + web app for smoothie/juice shop owners that calculates real-time recipe costs and profit per item, then flags margin leaks. You enter ingredients, supplier pack sizes, prices, and waste assumptions; the app converts everything to usable units (grams/ml), tracks price changes, and shows cost per serving for every menu item. It also suggests price updates and portion adjustments and generates a simple prep sheet to reduce over-pouring. The MVP focuses on being fast, accurate, and idiot-proof—because operators won’t maintain complex inventory systems. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic costing, AI to auto-extract prices from invoices/receipts and normalize messy supplier item names. It’s not glamorous, but it targets a real operational problem: most small beverage shops are guessing margins and losing money quietly.
