JuryPulse

JuryPulse is a web + mobile app for trial courts to modernize juror communications without replacing the court’s case management system. It provides SMS-first summons reminders, day-of reporting instructions, parking/transit info, and real-time status updates (e.g., “on call,” “report at 10:30,” “released”). Jurors can confirm receipt, complete basic questionnaires, request hardship deferrals with document upload, and receive push/SMS notifications. Court staff get a simple dashboard to broadcast updates, segment jurors by panel/date, and export attendance/deferral logs. This is not glamorous: the sales cycle is slow, procurement is painful, and integrations can be a mess. But many courts still rely on mailers, phone trees, and overloaded clerks—meaning even a modest improvement saves real money and reduces no-shows. The product must be accessibility-first and audit-friendly.
