JuryReady is a web + SMS communication and attendance management app for court jury offices. It reduces juror no-shows and last-minute confusion by sending automated, rule-based reminders, check-in instructions, parking/transit info, and real-time status updates (e.g., “report time changed,” “panel released”). Staff get a single dashboard to segment jurors by summons date, courthouse, and panel, then push compliant messages with audit trails. The AI component drafts plain-language messages from court-approved templates and flags risky wording (e.g., anything that could be interpreted as legal advice or coercion). It also predicts likely no-show risk using historical attendance patterns so staff can over-summon more accurately. This is not a full case/docket system; it’s a focused operational tool that plugs into existing jury management exports/imports, making adoption more realistic for courts with legacy systems and tight IT constraints.
