K9DrillCam

K9DrillCam is a mobile + web app for working and performance dog handlers to record training sessions and turn them into structured, defensible progress logs. You film a drill, tag the exercise (obedience, detection, bitework, agility, SAR), and the app guides you to mark key moments (cue given, response start, completion, error). It then produces simple metrics like latency, duration, success rate, and consistency across environments. The app also generates shareable “proof packets” for supervisors, clients, or cert evaluators: clip highlights, session notes, and trend charts. This is not a magic ‘AI trainer’—it’s a practical tool to reduce arguments, improve accountability, and make training decisions based on repeatable evidence. Optional AI helps with rough event detection and auto-trimming, but the handler remains in control because real-world K9 footage is messy and context-heavy.
