K9GridOps
K9GridOps is a mobile + web app for search-and-rescue dog teams to run cleaner, more defensible operations in the field. It provides offline-first incident maps, grid assignment, track logging, and standardized K9 deployment notes (scent article, wind, terrain, alerts, refinds, and handler observations). When connectivity returns, it syncs to a web dashboard for the planning section to review coverage, gaps, and timelines. An optional AI layer turns voice notes into structured ICS-style entries and flags inconsistencies (e.g., missing timestamps, duplicated segments, unsearched corridors). Reality check: most teams already use paper, WhatsApp, and generic GPS apps; adoption only happens if this is faster than their current chaos and works with gloves, rain, and no signal. Pricing would be per team/agency with a free mode for volunteers to reduce friction.
