K9OpsLog

K9OpsLog is a mobile + web app for police and military working-dog teams to capture training, certifications, deployments, bites/uses of force, maintenance, and handler notes in a standardized, audit-ready format. It replaces scattered paper logs and inconsistent spreadsheets with structured forms, time-stamped entries, and attachment support (photos, vet docs, training plans). An AI assistant can summarize monthly readiness, flag missing documentation, and draft supervisor-ready narratives from raw notes—without pretending to be a legal authority. The product is built for chain-of-custody realities: role-based access, immutable audit trails, and export packages that match common reporting needs. This is not a consumer dog app; it’s boring compliance software that reduces administrative drag and helps units survive scrutiny after incidents. If you can’t sell to agencies, it won’t matter—so pricing, onboarding, and procurement readiness are core to the design.
