K9Proof is a mobile + web app for working and performance dog teams that turns messy training notes into defensible, shareable proof of progress. Handlers log sessions in under 30 seconds using structured templates (obedience, bitework, detection, agility, SAR). The app pairs each rep with quick video, GPS track, and a simple pass/fail rubric so results can be audited later by supervisors, clubs, or clients. It automatically generates weekly readiness reports, highlights regression (e.g., false alerts, slow outs, creeping starts), and flags when a dog is being overworked based on workload trends. This is not a “cute pet tracker”; it’s built for people who need documentation for certification, procurement, liability, or team accountability.
