KaizenProof

KaizenProof is a web app with optional mobile capture that turns Lean/Six Sigma “improvements” into auditable, finance-grade results. Teams log ideas, A3s, and DMAIC projects, but the app forces baseline definition, measurement plan, and verification before anyone can claim savings. It connects to operational data (CSV, ERP exports, or simple API pulls) to track KPIs pre/post and flags common manipulation patterns (moving goalposts, cherry-picked time windows, missing control charts). Finance reviewers get a lightweight workflow to approve, reject, or request evidence, creating a single source of truth for realized vs. projected benefits. It’s not a full LSS suite; it’s a narrow tool to reduce wasted time arguing about whether improvements are real, and to build credibility for continuous improvement programs.
