KaizenPulse
KaizenPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for frontline-driven continuous improvement that doesn’t die in spreadsheets. It captures improvement ideas in under 60 seconds, routes them to the right owner, and forces a lightweight PDCA loop: define the problem, test a change, measure impact, and standardize or revert. The AI layer helps rewrite vague ideas into actionable experiments, suggests baseline metrics, and auto-generates before/after summaries from simple inputs (photos, timestamps, counts). A simple dashboard shows throughput, cycle time, defects, and savings by team, with proof links (photos, checklists, audit trails) so leaders can trust the numbers. It integrates with Slack/Teams and common ticketing tools so work happens where people already are. The goal is boring reliability: more closed loops, fewer “idea graveyards,” and real evidence of improvement.
