KaizenPulse
KaizenPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for running continuous improvement in small-to-mid operations teams without the overhead of heavyweight Lean platforms. It captures frontline improvement ideas, forces a simple problem statement, assigns an owner, and tracks impact using a lightweight A3-style workflow. The AI layer helps users write clearer problem statements, suggests likely root causes (5 Whys), and drafts countermeasures and experiment plans—but it never pretends to “know your process.” The core value is ruthless follow-through: weekly cadence prompts, automatic aging alerts, and a single “impact ledger” that ties each improvement to time saved, scrap reduced, safety incidents avoided, or on-time delivery gains. It integrates with Slack/Teams for submissions and reminders, and exports clean reports for leadership. This is not a strategy tool; it’s an execution tool for teams that keep losing improvement ideas in spreadsheets and meetings.
