KbTriage

KbTriage is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that continuously audits your knowledge base for accuracy, freshness, and usefulness. It connects to common KB platforms (Confluence, Zendesk Guide, Notion, SharePoint) and runs scheduled checks: dead links, conflicting articles, outdated screenshots, missing prerequisites, and “answer drift” where product behavior changed but docs didn’t. It also watches support tickets and chat transcripts to detect repeat questions that your KB fails to resolve, then recommends specific articles to update or create. Each issue becomes a triage card with severity, evidence (ticket snippets, link reports), and an owner. The goal isn’t to write content for you; it’s to surface the highest-impact fixes so your team stops bleeding time on repetitive support and internal confusion. Reporting focuses on measurable outcomes: deflection rate proxy, time-to-fix, and article health scores.
