KeeperBrief

KeeperBrief is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps zoos and exotic animal centers turn daily animal care routines into consistent, standards-aligned educational programs. Staff record a 2–5 minute voice note after a feeding, training session, or enrichment activity; the app converts it into a short lesson plan, a visitor-facing script, and a printable activity sheet with age-level options. It also builds a searchable library by species, theme (conservation, habitats, adaptations), and audience type (school groups, families, teen programs). The goal isn’t flashy AR—it’s operationally realistic: reduce prep time, keep messaging accurate, and make programs repeatable across rotating staff and volunteers. Content includes built-in guardrails: required citations for claims, “unknown/needs review” flags, and a simple approval workflow so educators can publish only vetted materials.
