Instead of vague calendar events, each ritual has a checklist, roles (who brings what), timing, and a one-tap “start” mode that pings participants with just-in-time prompts. After the ritual, it captures a tiny “memory card” (photo/audio + one sentence) and automatically files it into a private family timeline, so rituals feel cumulative rather than disposable. The AI component is optional: it can generate a first draft ritual playbook from a few questions (e.g., Sunday dinner, holiday cookie day, bedtime routine) and suggest realistic schedules based on availability patterns.
