KegKeeper is a mobile + web app for bars, breweries, and event venues to track keg inventory, pour volume, and freshness with minimal hardware. Staff log keg swaps and line cleans, then the app estimates remaining volume and days-to-stale based on beer style, tapping date, temperature, and typical throughput. It flags “slow movers” before they go bad, recommends smaller kegs next order, and creates a simple reorder list by distributor. The MVP avoids expensive flow meters by using quick daily “pours sold” inputs from POS totals (or manual counts) plus a calibration step per tap. You’ll also get a waste report (comped, spilled, stale) and margin estimates per tap. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational leak: beverage shrink and stale product that quietly kills profit.
