KegPulse is a mobile + web app for restaurants and convenience stores that rely on fountain soda. It tracks CO2 and syrup “bag-in-box” usage, predicts runouts, and flags likely quality issues (flat, weak flavor) before customers complain. Staff scan a QR code on each syrup box and CO2 tank during changeouts; the app learns typical consumption by daypart and weather, then sends simple alerts: “Diet cola will run out tonight” or “CO2 dropping—expect flat drinks.” A lightweight dashboard shows cost per cup, waste from premature swaps, and which locations or shifts have the most issues. This is not magic: predictions will be imperfect, but even modest accuracy can reduce emergency runs, downtime, and refunds. MVP focuses on practical logging + forecasting, not expensive hardware integrations.
