KeyAudit is a mobile + web app that turns messy smart-lock activity into clean, defensible access records for small landlords and property managers. Instead of raw event logs buried inside each lock brand’s app, KeyAudit normalizes entries across major lock ecosystems, flags suspicious patterns (e.g., repeated failed codes, access outside lease hours), and generates shareable audit reports for disputes. It also adds practical workflows: time-boxed guest codes, contractor access windows, and “proof of access” notes tied to work orders. This is not a magic security product—it won’t stop break-ins—but it will reduce operational chaos and finger-pointing when tenants, cleaners, and contractors all use the same doors. The MVP focuses on 1–2 lock platforms first and expands only if integrations are stable and supported.
