KeyConcierge

KeyConcierge is a web app + mobile companion for members clubs and luxury hotel lounges to run concierge-style requests without the chaos of WhatsApp threads, email chains, and lost notes. Staff log member preferences, allergies, seating habits, and VIP relationships, then manage requests (tables, guest passes, car service, special bottles, meeting rooms) in a single queue with SLAs and handoffs between door, floor, bar, and concierge. The app includes a lightweight member-facing link (no heavy consumer app required) for submitting requests and confirming details, plus a digital guest list with ID notes and arrival windows. It’s not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing that reduces mistakes, improves consistency, and makes “we’ll take care of it” actually true across shifts and locations.
