KeyHalo is a mobile + web app for private villa operators to control and audit access without relying on messy WhatsApp threads, paper logs, or “who has the key?” guesswork. It centralizes smart-lock codes, physical key handoffs, and staff/vendor access windows per booking, with a simple timeline of who accessed what and when. For villas without smart locks, it supports QR-based key handover check-ins and photo proof. For villas with smart locks, it pulls events from supported lock providers and flags anomalies (e.g., access outside approved windows, repeated failed attempts, or unexpected late-night entries). It also generates guest-friendly arrival instructions and auto-revokes access after checkout. This is not a “full PMS replacement”—it’s a focused access-control layer that plugs into existing workflows and reduces the most common operational liability: uncontrolled entry.
