KeyLens

KeyLens is a web app for teams running Redis/KeyDB/Valkey that struggle with “mystery latency” caused by hot keys, oversized values, and inefficient access patterns. It continuously samples keyspace activity (via safe, low-overhead methods), then turns raw metrics into actionable findings: which keys are hottest, what commands hit them, how value sizes evolve, and which clients/services are responsible. It also flags anti-patterns like unbounded lists/sets, high churn keys, and expensive scans. The product is not a full APM replacement; it’s a focused key-value observability layer that engineers can deploy in hours and use during incidents. It includes guided remediation playbooks (e.g., sharding strategies, TTL policies, data modeling changes) and a lightweight “before/after” comparison to prove improvements. Pricing is per cluster/node with a free tier for small dev clusters.
