KeylessKiosk is a web + mobile app that lets coworking and flex-space operators run truly self-serve day passes, meeting rooms, and after-hours access without front-desk staffing. Visitors scan a QR code at the door, complete ID verification, accept house rules, pay, and receive time-boxed mobile access credentials. Operators get a simple dashboard for pricing, capacity limits, incident flags, and refunds, plus automated invoices for companies buying bundles. It’s not trying to replace full coworking suites; it focuses on the messy edge cases that cost money: late arrivals, no-shows, overstays, and “who is in the building right now?” The AI component is lightweight: it flags suspicious bookings (velocity, device fingerprint anomalies, repeated chargebacks) and summarizes incident reports from staff notes and camera timestamps. Integrates with common smart locks and access controllers so setup is realistic, not science fiction.
