KeylessKit

KeylessKit is a mobile + web app that helps small fleets and peer-to-peer car owners manage handoffs without meeting in person. Instead of building a full ride-hailing marketplace (brutally expensive and crowded), it focuses on the unsexy operational layer: verified driver onboarding, scheduled access windows, photo-based condition reports, and incident logging. The app pairs with common aftermarket Bluetooth/OBD telematics devices so owners can grant time-limited access, track mileage, and get alerts for harsh braking, towing, or battery issues. It also generates standardized “before/after” checklists and automatically packages evidence (photos, timestamps, location) to reduce disputes. Monetization is straightforward SaaS: per-vehicle monthly fee plus add-ons for telematics and insurance integrations. Realistically, success depends on nailing hardware compatibility and support; without that, churn will be brutal.
