KeyProof is a web + mobile AI app for verifying luxury property listings and seller claims before buyers waste time touring. It ingests listing links, PDFs, photos, and disclosures, then runs automated checks: public-record consistency (ownership, parcel, permits), photo reuse detection across the web, amenity/finish plausibility flags, and timeline anomalies (e.g., “new roof” vs permit history). It produces a buyer-friendly “Proof Pack” with a confidence score, citations, and a checklist of questions to ask the agent/seller. For agents, it offers a shareable verification badge and a clean audit trail that reduces back-and-forth with high-net-worth clients. This is not a replacement for legal due diligence; it’s a fast pre-screening layer that helps prioritize which properties deserve a lawyer, inspector, and travel budget.
