KeyRelay coordinates the most failure-prone part of renting logistics: getting keys, access codes, and entry instructions to the right person at the right time. Landlords/property managers create a “handoff” with address, time window, and access method (lockbox, smart lock, concierge, or in-person). Tenants and movers receive a single link that verifies identity, confirms arrival, and unlocks step-by-step entry instructions only when conditions are met (time window, geofence, one-time passcode). The app logs every action (who viewed instructions, when access was granted, photos of key return) to reduce disputes. It also supports multi-party coordination: outgoing tenant, incoming tenant, cleaner, and mover—each with limited permissions. This is not a full moving marketplace; it’s a lightweight operational tool that reduces missed handoffs, lockouts, and “I never got the code” chaos.
