KeyRelay

KeyRelay is a web app + lightweight desktop agent that adds end-to-end encryption to existing business email (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace) without forcing users onto a new mail client. It focuses on the hardest real-world problem: key exchange and recipient onboarding. Senders can encrypt to anyone; recipients get a secure link-based inbox that upgrades to true E2EE once they verify identity and generate/import keys. Admins get policy controls (auto-encrypt rules, DLP triggers, retention exceptions) and audit logs that prove encryption happened without exposing message content. It’s not trying to “replace Gmail/Outlook” (that’s a graveyard). It’s a practical layer for regulated teams that need better-than-TLS protection for specific messages and attachments, with minimal user training and measurable compliance reporting.
