KeyRelay

KeyRelay is a desktop + web app that makes PGP usable inside organizations without pretending consumers will ever care. It focuses on the real failure point of PGP: key discovery, verification, rotation, and offboarding. Admins get a lightweight internal key directory (with enforced policies), while users get one-click setup, automatic key sync, and clear warnings when something is risky (expired keys, mismatched fingerprints, unknown senders). It plugs into existing email clients via a local agent and provides a simple web portal for onboarding and recovery. It also includes an AI-assisted “explain this warning” layer that translates cryptic PGP states into plain language, but never touches private keys or message content. The product is sold as a compliance-friendly workflow tool, not “perfect privacy.”
