KeyScope

KeyScope is a web app (with optional GitHub/GitLab app) that continuously scans your code repos, CI logs, container images, and common paste destinations for exposed API keys and tokens, then helps you remediate in minutes. It detects secrets with provider-aware validation (AWS, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.), maps each key to the owning service, and shows blast radius by tracing where the key is used across builds and deployments. When a leak is found, KeyScope generates a step-by-step playbook: revoke/rotate, update env vars, invalidate sessions, and open PRs to remove the secret and add guardrails. It also enforces “secret hygiene” policies (pre-commit checks, CI gates) without blocking teams with noisy false positives. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional detection plus AI-assisted remediation guidance and PR drafting.
