KeyShare

KeyShare is a web + mobile app for sending highly sensitive information (API keys, recovery codes, passwords, contract clauses) as a one-time, end-to-end encrypted message that self-destructs. Unlike typical “secure note” tools, the server never sees plaintext and never stores the decryption key; recipients decrypt locally in the browser/app. Senders can require additional controls like passphrase + device binding, link expiry, view limits, and optional recipient verification. A simple audit trail shows delivery and open events without exposing content. The MVP focuses on frictionless sharing: paste secret, set expiry, share link, done. It’s realistic because it doesn’t try to replace full password managers; it solves a narrower, frequent workflow where people otherwise fall back to Slack/email. Monetization targets teams with admin controls, SSO, and retention policies.
